Eurogum SBR for Chewing Gum Base

Eurogum elastomers are emulsion polymerized butadienestyrene copolymers, specially produced according to the requirements of the Food Chemicals Codex and comply with FDA Regulation 21-CFR-172.615 for Chewing Gum Bases.

Eurogum elastomers are made using all Kosher food-grade ingredients. A separate food-grade polymerization line is dedicated only to the production of Eurogum elstomers, ensuring the highest possible quality and avoiding any possibility of contamination with non-food products.

Eurogum 5050, with an approximate 50/50 monomer ratio, is ideal for manufacturing a gum base for a firm chewing or bubble gum, while Eurogum 7525, with an approximate 75/25 monomer ratio, is ideal for manufacturing a gum base for a soft chewing or bubble gum.

Eurogum 5050 and Eurogum 7525 can be blended together to achieve any desired degree of firmness, and can also be blended with, or substituted for, polyisobutylene (PIB) and polyvinyl acetate (PVA), or isobutylene-isoprene (Butyl).

Eurogum elastomers are stabilized with either BHT or BHA, and are known as Eurogum 5050-T and Eurogum 7525-T or Eurogum 5050-A and Eurogum 75/25-A.

Eurgum is packed in 4-way-entry pallet-boxes with 15 x 33 kg PE-wrapped bales, for a total of 495 kg net, 530 kg gross. Truck loading is 42 pallets or 20,790 kg. Container loading is 28 pallets or 13,860 kg for a 20' FCL, 45 pallets or 22,275 kg for a 40' FCL. Eurogum pallet-boxes can be stacked or shelved to save space.
